Shipping Policy
- We offer free shipping to our customers across India
- Our order-to-delivery time is normally 10 to 21 days. It may vary depending on the product ordered / place of delivery; which will be communicated in advance to customers after the order is placed.
- For certain products, our delivery time can be 2-3 Weeks
- All shipments will be processed once the full payment is received
- We shall inform customers once the order is shipped. You shall be notified if there is any change in the delivery time.
- For logistics and insurance purposes, our team will reach out to request Identity proof of person/s who will be likely to receive the parcel. Our logistics partner will hand over the parcel only to these specified person/s.
- All products shall be insured during the transit.
- In an uneventfully rare occasion, if your shipment is tampered with or lost, you must report it to us immediately.
- We cannot reroute the shipment once it is shipped.
