Shipping Policy

  • We offer free shipping to our customers across India.

  • Our order-to-delivery time is normally 10 to 21 days. It may vary depending on the product ordered / place of delivery;  which will be communicated in advance to customers after the order is placed.

  • For certain products, our delivery time can be 2-3 Weeks
  • All shipments will be processed once the full payment is received.

  • We shall inform customers once the order is shipped. You shall be notified if there is any change in the delivery time.

  • For logistics and insurance purposes, our team will reach out to request Identity proof of person/s who will be likely to receive the parcel. Our logistics partner will hand over the parcel only to these specified person/s.
  • All products shall be insured during the transit.
  • In an uneventfully rare occasion, if your shipment is tampered with or lost, you must report it to us immediately.
  • We cannot reroute the shipment once it is shipped.

 

International Shipment Policy 

  • For International orders, the transit timeline would be 2-3 Weeks.

  • International shipments are non - refundable.

  • International orders are shipped by DHL, FEDEX, and ARAMEX.

  • Custom duty will be calculated as per the country.
