1. Lifetime exchange & upgrade

Any ready-design HATO ring can be exchanged or upgraded, for life.

You receive 80% of the invoice value, excluding taxes, towards a new HATO ring. Exchange credit is capped at ₹3,00,000 and is issued as a credit note, redeemable within 30 days.

2. Lifetime buyback

You can sell a HATO ring back to the studio at any time, at 70% of the invoice value, excluding taxes.

3. Conditions for exchange and buyback

Custom (made-to-order) rings are excluded from exchange and buyback. Every piece is inspected at the studio before credit or payment is confirmed.

4. Certification

Every HATO diamond is natural and comes with an independent certificate from IGI or SGL recording its grade.

5. Care for life

Cleaning and inspection at the Indiranagar studio are complimentary for as long as you own the ring.

6. Prices

Prices on this website include 3% GST and depend on the gold purity, diamond quality and centre-stone size you choose. They are indicative: the studio confirms the final price on your invoice.

7. Cart and orders

The cart on this website is an order list. No payment is taken online. When you place an order on WhatsApp or book a viewing, the studio confirms availability, ring size and the final price before any payment.
